Rantling: Sore Muscles; Working Out

I don’t want to get off on a rantling, here, but why is it whenever I want to workout and lose weight, my muscles just pay the price in the morning? I was so sore waking up, and swinging my legs out of bed that they screamed in agony, and I very nearly joined in. This is going to make walking from class to class ultra difficult, not to mention that I go to Foothill College, and it is named so for a reason. Oh boy. When I get back from my meeting at work, I’ll post a little bit more. Until then, I’m popping two Aleve and downing a can of Big Red left over from the impromptu gather last night.

Heh, I always end up sore after a good workout. Especially since I usually take a four month break in between workouts.

I need to exercise more than once a week, though, or else I’m just not being productive… I’m going to try and do three times a week, like MWF…

    No pain, no gain. šŸ™‚

Though just seriously speaking, if you let the soreness deter you from continuing the workout, you’ll just have the same cycle over and over again. It’ll hurt a little now, but it’ll feel good to get back into the gym and stretch it all back out and warm up the muscles again.

Either that or all gymnasts are masochists that way.

I will very likely be at the gym tonight, though I’ll be soaking in a hot tub. Bwahaha.

I hear that hot water really helps with constipation.

(Sorry had to do it, the picture is sooo close to your words) :p

Does playing golf count as exercise? I walk and I hit the ball a /lot/!

I’ve said the same thing, but I haven’t done anything yet. If you’ve got the willpower, go for it. And if you have any spare willpower left over, can you share? I sure need some. šŸ˜‰

I’ve been claiming I’d start a work out program now for like..months. But that requires me dragging myself from the house to actually do something. šŸ™‚ But I admire those who do put that kind of effort into workouts. Besides…this DDR thing sounds fun. I never heard of it until you mentioned it.
