After an eleven hour drive back into the state of California, I am finally back home. The rain pelted the car all the way from Beaverton into San Jose, and it’s the most amazing thing I’ve seen the weather do, with county-to-county rainstorms like that. I’ve never seen a weather front that huge since the early 80s. Todd slept most of the way down, but you should have seen how happy he was to be back home.
