I adore Chaka Khan! Get her greatest hits album and take a listen. She’s done some amazing music. Listen to “Sweet Thing,” her hit with Rufus. Oh, man. That is one hot song!
My favorite song of hers is one Bruce Hornsby wrote, for a movie soundtrack, “Love Me Still.” It’s not R & B and is a real departure for her, stylistically. He plays the piano on it. The lyrics and her vocals are so beautiful I cry every time I listen to it.
