A while ago, about three weeks prior to my discovery that I was out of a job, the guys on my team at eBay and I planned on doing a little team-building exercise by going as a team to a Giants game. The game was the last of the four game series against the Padres, and it was a day game, which would make it easier for everyone to attend. Night games had the potential of going into extra innings and since we had to work the next morning between 6am-12pm, it wasn’t very conducive to getting there on time.
Of course, in my case, it was a moot point. And in fact, the team I had was being split up anyway. But I still had a shitload of fun, and I hope that’s not the last time I get to hang with them.
