I’m using the above to track my food. Feel free to look at what I’ve eaten so far, and berate me. 🙂 No, seriously… I’m tracking what I eat and what I do. I know it’s just an approximation, but it helps give me an idea of what I’m doing so far.
That’s a useful tool. I think I’ll try that.
I use it whenever I get into my health kicks. I’d like for them to last a little longer than two weeks, though.
