I’m sorry that things did not get communicated to everyone properly.
I’m sorry I didn’t get us all compensated nights at the hotel for the crappy service and mistakes made by the hotel staff.
I’m sorry I made everyone uncomfortable just by being there.
It won’t happen again, I promise.
I will not be planning or attending BWE next year.
