SORKINSORKINSORKINSORKINSORKIN YAY!
Been watching Sports Night on DVD lately. /admitted sorkin fangirl
I am BEYOND ridiculously excited about this.
And I like the layout.
*applauds* Very nice! š
I am quite excited about this!
(I’m brainstorming a change of layout sometime… probably to House for a blue-scheme)
I’ll be downloading the episodes.
Looks good!
Monday night, baby!
I didn’t know you were into Sorkin. Have you ever gotten around to watching the West Wing? It’s Democrack!
Monday night, baby!
Or you could drop by and watch them, too. š I have the pilot episode on my iPod.
Thanks š
I watched the first few seasons, and then just kind of stopped, mostly because whatsherface- the SOuthern Republican- annoyed me so much I couldn’t even deal any more, and then they threw Mary Louise Parker at me and Blargh. I keep meaning to rent the subsequent seasons- I just haven’t yet.
You didn’t like Ainsley Hayes? Holy crap, I loved her. She was hilarious, especially during the State of the Union episode where’s she’s dancing in a robe to Anette Funicello, and holding a Pink Swirl Suzie and then the president walks in and says, “I didn’t know we had a nightclub down here.”
Way cool.

THe character cracked me up. The actress, however, inspired David Caruso-levels of hatred in me. She sucks.
Have you seen the Pilot for Studio 60, yet?
Couple weeks ago, yeah, and I’m ridiculously excited. Then again, I have Matthew Perry love that won’t die, no matter how many stupid movies he makes with Bruce Willis.
Love Whole Nine Yards, Hated Whole Ten Yards.
If you want the realisitic pessimistic answer, it’ll be a while until that happens.
If you want the Tap-is-trying-this-new-positive-attitude-thing-answer, I’ll see what I can do.
I am looking forward to it too! The buzz about it has only been positive. FYI, another great show on NBC (how weird does that sound?) is Heroes, which premieres next week at 9pm, and will be airing back to back with Studio 60. I downloaded the pilot a few months ago, and I was blown away. It’s a lot like Lost in style and in tone, but instead of the island being the source of drama, it’s what’s happening to the people. Anyway, try to check it out, I think you will be impressed!
Saw it, love it, TiVo’ing it. š
